Benchmarking
We have at least three suppliers quote on your product request. We survey the market for you and indicate the best purchasing conditions for you on the basis of technical specifications, price, delivery time and quality. We do this on the basis of a simple purchasing matrix that is approved by you in advance.

Shopping
Our buyers then coordinate the final choice with you and the products are actually ordered. You ultimately decide what you buy. This allows you to keep control over what you purchase.

Order monitoring
After the order has been placed, we monitor compliance with the delivery agreements made by the supplier. We monitor whether the ordered goods and services are actually delivered. We check the progress of production at the supplier with regard to quality and delivery time. In addition, we ensure that the required goods arrive on the agreed date and at the agreed place.
