GRP Pipes

Dutchso GRP pipes are manufactured in the EU.
Our pipes are used in underground and above surface systems for purposes as:

• Potable, foul and surface water infrastructure
• Pipe jacking for both new pipelines and relining/refurbishment of existing networks
• Pressurised and non-pressurised contaminated water discharge
• Industrial and domestic waste water pipelines
• Cooling networks, circulation and discharge lines for power stations
• Undersea pipelines and Seawater inlets
• Chemical plants, including the transportation of petroleum

Dutchso GRP pipes are manufactured in the following standard stiffness classes:
SN 630, SN 1.250, SN 2.500, SN 5.000, SN 10.000

We have GRP pipes available in sizes upto DN4000

ISO standards rate pressure pipes by nominal pressure (PN) in bars.
Standard ranges of Dutchso GRP pipes are manufactured to the following PN ratings:
PN1. PN6, PN10, PN16, PN20, PN25, PN32
The AWWA C950 standard rates pipe pressures in psi units.
Psi: 50, 100, 150, 200, 250.

The majority of fluids flow through our GRP pipes is 35ºC. The impact of temperature on pipe performance can also be affected by other factors such as flow velocity, pressure and abrasion.
